Breast milk

Aw, usually around the second or third trimester na makikita mo na ang colostrum na parang yellowish fluid, pero yung actual milk production talaga ay nangyayari after delivery, lalo na pag nagsimula ka nang mag-latch ng baby! A few of us moms noticed na may little leaks na during pregnancy, especially towards the end, pero hindi yan ang main milk supply pa, that comes after birth when hormone changes kick in at ang baby starts nursing regularly.
