I'm on my 8 weeks, coming 9 weeks tmr. if u are spotting, may I suggest u check with your gynae abt it? it could be residual blood or something else. didn't mean to scare u or anything but I was recently admitted at kk for a few days because my spots became bright red suddenly. I'm ok now. foetus is strong also after that episode. I am on 2 weeks of hospitalisation leave to rest more. and get thru my 12 week
Hi, I'm at my first trimester, too. I am experiencing the same thing. My doc told me that long walks can provoke stale blood. Continue taking Duphaston.

It varies across individuals but look out for any spotting. If there is, time to rest more
