Face/body cream for babies/toddlers

I've started giving my 5yo and 10m children tiny massages before bed. But ive been using adult moisturizers on them, and no rashes so far. But i think i should not because of all the different ingredients in it. I have tried cetaphil baby face and body lotions, and my children would break out in rashes. Do you have any recommendations for face/body creams for sensitive skin for babies/toddlers?
