Sooo useful when you actually encounter diaper rash!!!

I’ve had instances with all 3 of my children where we encountered a sore bottom and Desitin did the trick within the day!!! I honestly don’t use this on a daily basis because I find it quite thick but I guess that’s what makes it an effective barrier cream. Seriously a godsend when you see red skin and blistering skin. Prevented so much crying and painful tears…highly recommended.
