I've been UV sterilizing my LO pacifier for months.. until today it suddenly hit me that maybe it cannot be UV sterilized. I went to search and really it's not recommended as it will damage the material.. Now I'm feeling so so guilty is it gonna affect my bb health using the pacifier?? Thanks..
If the pacifier is silicone material, it’s actually fine (same as bottle teats/breast pump parts). It will just turn yellow fast (so recommended to put at lower rack). Just not recommended to put latex/rubber material into uv sterilizers.
