Baby laughs whenever I cry

I've been arguing with my husband recently, to the point where I broke into tears. And whenever my 7 month old baby saw me crying, he will laugh, all of a sudden (He didn't see anything funny, he was not laughing prior to us quarrelling). It happened a few times. Is this normal?
