Hello, what is the best body soap , facial toner and lotion for first time mom to be? I am 8 weeks pregnant.

I've asked my OB about this but she just told me to read the ingredients of the product and just avoid the ones with whitening. That, I'm having a hard time choosing what skincare to use. Thank you!
