Ferrous Sulfate

Ferrous sulfate is an iron supplement na commonly prescribed sa OB or pediatrician para sa anemia or iron deficiency, lalo na during pregnancy or sa mga bata na kulang ang iron sa diet. It's the generic form, so it's the same thing basically, yung iron content lang ang mahalaga, hindi kung anong brand, kaya pwede mo gamitin na yan without worry! A few of us here take it din during pregnancy or after giving birth kasi medyo common ang low iron sa atin, pero best to confirm with your doctor kung tama ba ang dosage for you or your child since iba-iba ang prescriptions depende sa case. Keep taking it as directed, at kung may side effects like black stool o constipation (super common yan), sabihin mo lang sa doc para ma-adjust.
