Increased discharge during pregnancy is totally normal, especially from week 16 onwards, but it's hard to tell the difference between normal discharge and amniotic fluid leakage just by looking. If you're worried, might be good to bring it up with your PD or gynae at your next checkup, or even call them if it feels like a lot or smells off. In the meantime, wearing panty liners can help you feel more comfortable and also let you monitor what's actually happening. Most of the time it's just the hormonal changes doing their thing, but it's always better to get it checked out just to be safe and put your mind at rest.
