Is there an inter-relationship between breastfeeding and teeth development?

As far as I know, getting teeth is mostly genetic and is just different for each child. Some babies are born with teeth and some don't get any teeth until after their 1st birthday. There isn't anything we can do to help teeth come in quicker or stop them from coming in. All the teeth are formed before baby is born and they come in when they need to. I've never heard of a connection between breastfeeding and teething.
