well, i personally think it is ok as i don't feel this way unless i dont pump for 6 hrs or longer.
it basically good dat u don't feel engorged as you have pumped out all your milk or baby has latched well.

Is it bcos I don't feel engorge that's why when I pump out is 40-50 ml for both side? Am I low supply ~
