IPad or Leap pad? Any recommendation?

Leap pad for me. I want my kid to have a limited screen time because it'snot really good for kids below 4 years old to be exposed to radiation. I also don't want him to develop an addiction to gadgets so as early as now, I'm trying to control his usage
