Is Nestea Cleanse safe for pregnant women?

Iniinom ko po ito before ako nabuntis at maganda talaga pagbabawas ko. Kaso concious ako ngayon if pwede ba sya sa pregnant. Last Saturday lang po namin nalaman na buntis ako. Safe po kaya if inumin ko pa rin ito? Nahihirapan po kasi ako magbawas kahit damihan ko water at magsaging. Thank you!

But please check with your OB first before continuing any cleanse drinks, kahit na maganda results mo dati, pregnancy changes how our body processes things, kaya better safe than sorry talaga. I get the worry about weight gain (a few of us moms felt the same!), pero ang hydration at balanced eating ay mas importante ngayon kaysa sa cleanses. Your doctor can suggest safe ways to manage your weight during pregnancy na okay talaga for baby. Kaya please make that appointment muna, ha?
