Eh, pening kepala masa dekat due date mmg biasa sih, stress, lack of sleep, atau tiba-tiba posisi baby berubah semua boleh trigger. Tapi since tekanan dan HB okay, still worth mention to your doctor next visit lah, just to be sure, maybe ada something simple macam dehydration or vitamin deficiency kan, doctor boleh check properly. A few of my mum friends also kena pening-pening towards the end and it went away after delivery, tapi better safe than sorry especially when you're this close to popping! Make sure you're resting enough and drinking lots of water, and call the clinic kalau pening tu severe or dengan gejala lain macam blurred vision.
