Aihhh normal la tu sis, especially at 7 months, baby dah besar and active, so perut keras is usually just Braxton Hicks (practice contractions) or baby stretching/moving a lot. A few of us preggie mums went through the same thing and kena reassured by the doctor that it's totally fine, tapi kalau perut keras lama-lama tak relax or ada pain, better check with your doc or midwife just to be safe, okay?
