Hai mama! At 12 weeks, yang ngiur tu actually normal je, baby memang tengah berkembang and uterus mu tu expanding, plus hormones berubah-ubah. A few of my mum friends pun rasa sensation macam tu early on, some describe it as pulling or stretching feeling especially when baby grow bigger lagi, so jangan worry sangat! Just make sure you're eating well, staying hydrated, and if the pain is severe or comes with spotting or anything unusual, best check with your doctor awal-awal je to be safe
