Hi mum, for breastfeeding milk supply, I feel like no single “magic product” works for everyone, but some mums do find help with things like fenugreek supplements, lactation cookies, oats-based foods, and nursing teas. I personally tried lactation cookies and warm drinks more often, and it helped a bit but the biggest thing was still frequent feeding and emptying the breast properly. If supply is really low or you’re worried, I think it’s worth checking with a lactation consultant or doctor because sometimes it’s more about latch, feeding routine or hormones rather than what we eat or take.
