SSS MAT BEN

Inadvance ni company mat ben ko mga mumsh. Ask ko lang, kapag ba nareimburse na sa sss yung mat ben ko after ko manganak, ibibigay ba ni company yung excess sakin? For example inadvance ni company is 30k, at ang mat ben ko ay 35k. Ibibigay ba ni company sakin yung 5k pag nareimburse na? Thanks sa sasagot :)

Ay, that's a great question mumsh! Honestly, it depends sa company policy ninyo kasi may iba-iba ang approach, a few of us have different experiences, one friend's company gave her the excess pero may iba na hindi, so best talaga to check directly with your HR or finance team kung ano exactly ang agreement. Usually kung inadvance nila yan, they'll clarify din kung reimbursable or not, or kung may portion na babayaran pa nila after SSS releases yours, better safe than sorry with money matters diba!
