Constipation

In these 2 days, my stomach is very uncomfortable just because i can't defecate easier until it make me in pain.. I cant do any work and it force me to get back home earlier.. I cant stand it and i have lost too much energy.. Please give me any advice to get rid of these..

try Lactul solution, have some banana, guava, papaya. it might help
