Me and my girlfriends are planning to chip in and surprise our pregnant friend with the Kate Spade Emerson Place baby bag. It's gorgeous and casual enough to pass off as a normal tote bag but it comes with a changing pad and plenty of roomy compartments. The changing pad can be pulled out anytime a quick diaper change is needed and is easily cleaned. It retails around 350USD buy there are 7 of us so it's not too bad.
