We are in the last month of the year. Just felt I should thank everyone who made me smile this year. Team Bakunanay is one of them. I am so blessed to be part of this wonderful group. I am excited to share with you my Dream board 2022!
The following are my health and wellness goals for year 2022:
1. Stay Healthy by eating the right food.
2. Improve health and fitness level.
3. Eat more greens and hydrate more.
4. Get enough sleep.
5. Try new forms of self-care.
We should have SMART goals for us to be successful in life. Same as with our vision or plans for a healthy new life for the next year. Make it simply specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and timely.
