Flu and headache for few days

Am in my 8th week. Having bad flu and headache for few days now. Went to see the gynae and he prescribed some flu med and paracetamol. Took 3 rounds of med, but am not feeling any better. Any home remedies that you could share? Don't wanna keep eating the meds..?
