Itchy Breasts

In my 34th week now & I’ve been experiencing itchy breasts at night. Anyone encounter this before? What do you do? It has been itchy eversince I entered third trimester. Right now, I always put powder to ease the itch but sometimes, it doesn’t help 😭 The itch can get bad till it hurts sometimes. Anyone can advise pls?
