No Cardiac Activity 2nd ultrasound follow up

IMPRESSION: Single intrauterine embryo. No cardiac activity seen. There is discordance between the gestational sac age (7 weeks 6 days) and the crown-rump length age (6 weeks 2 days). Clinical correlation is needed. Irregular mens po ako and diagnosed with PCOS. Ano po meaning? May pag asa pa po ba na magka heartbeat pa si baby. 🥺🥺🥺
