Nausea and vomiting feeling

Hi all, I'm on week 14 day 5 but still feeling nausea. Anyone? What should I do to feel better? Don't feel like rely on medicine but the appetite really affected

Take a few sip of ginger tea & a bit of honey, it helps with the nausea. Make sure to sit and rest for a bit. Mine lasted till wk 14-15, some mummies lasted even longer. So hang in there.
