Week 11 - nausea and body aches

I'm at week 11 now.. still feeling horrible. Body aches and nausea are getting worse. No appetite at all. Any other better remedy than diclectin and panadol?

Hang in there, week 11 can honestly feel like the hardest stretch, but it usually starts lifting soon! From what I've generally heard, small frequent meals make a real difference because an empty stomach tends to make the nausea so much worse, so try to keep something light like plain crackers or peanut butter on hand even if you have zero appetite. Ginger is probably the most talked-about remedy, whether it's ginger tea, ginger ale (the real kind, not just flavoured soda), or even ginger sweets, and lemon water or peppermint tea are good alternatives if ginger isn't your thing, since the scent alone can help settle things a little. One mum I know swore by the Vitamin B6 and Unisom combination that her doctor recommended, which is worth bringing up at your next appointment since it worked well for nausea beyond just Diclectin. For the body aches, staying hydrated and resting when you can does help, though it's harder said than done, I know. Definitely worth checking in with your OB or GP about all of this though, especially if things are getting worse, they can tailor the right combination for you specifically.
