PCOS & PREGNANCY

I’m trying to conceive but I have pcos. Got checked earlier and my OB gave me medicine. Can anyone share some stories or tips on how to conceive right away?

I have PCOS too. OB advised me to take Metformin 500mg once a day. It regulated my period. Started taking it by August. I also took Glutathione capsules. Got pregnant november.
