Gestational Diabetes Test

I’m taking my glucose test this Friday. Can I check what food should I avoid for the coming week? Do I get the results on the same day? #firsttimemom

Continue with your usual diet, as intentionally avoiding certain food can lead to a false result, which can be harmful to both mummy and baby.
