37th weeks and 3 days! 💔

Hi, im supposed to be 38th weeks this week but suddenly i found out on my follow up check in my 37th weeks and 6 days that my baby has no heartbeat. Kaya pinaanak na ako. Ang hirap tanggapin pero baka di talaga sya para saamin. Ask ko lang po, ano pwede gawin sa breast ko kasi may lumalabas na milk and sobrang tigas at sobrang sakit. Anyone who knows kung paano maibsan man lang yung kirot. #advicepls

Oh mama, I'm so deeply sorry for your loss. Please see your OB or go to the hospital right away about the breast pain and engorgement, this needs proper medical care, hindi dapat i-ignore. Once you've talked to your doctor, a few of us went through this too, and we found na cold compress, proper support (like a good bra), and gentle expression lang (not full pumping, kasi that makes it worse) helped take the edge off habang tumatagal. Your doctor can also guide you on what's safe for you right now, lalo na emotionally and physically. Hugs, bes. Kami nandito.
