Hindi ako sure kung anong manala ang tinutukoy mo, babe, is it the fish (manalo/mackerel) or something else? If it's the fish, generally okay lang yan for pregnancy as long it's fresh and properly cooked, pero better check with your OB talaga since fish intake during pregnancy can have guidelines depending on mercury levels and all that. A few of my preggy friends nag-enjoy pa rin ng seafood, pero sa moderation lang at siguradong safe ang source. Paano ka naman feeling so far sa pregnancy mo?
