im preagnant 6 weeks and5 days.. bit my ultrasound has no heartbeat.. and im bleeding almost 6days.. is this normal?

Bleeding is not normal po. Pwede po kc n ndi pa madetect ung HB kc may iba 8weeks ndedetect meron dn naman maaga na 6weeks. Bedrest po muna at inom po pampakapit
