At which weeks can I inform gynae for Elective C sec?

Im opt for elective C sec as i have my reasons of doing so. My 3 kids all normal vaginal. Wondering at which weeks that I can inform/discuss with my gynae that I opt for elective C sec? Im at my 25weeks.
