Heart beating hard/fast

I'm not sure my heart is beating hard or fast. I'm in the 8 weeks few days range. It feels like there's something at my heart kinda feeling.. Not sure is it beating fast or hard. Is it normal?

I had the same.. heart palpitations. and my thyroid hormones were off. might want to let your gynae know.
