I'm not a sporty person but I want to be fit for my family. What sports should I try first? :)

I'm also not into sports. I've tried several both indoor and outdoor sports, it didn't work for me. Hanggang scrabble and chess lang ako. So if I want to be active, I'd rather enroll in dancing instead. :)

You should try boxing! Good for the heart and you could vent out your frustrations as well if you have any! lol and it's not as boring as going for a jog, in my opinion!

How about badminton? I used to play it with my family and it's definitely a fun and easy sport to play with your kids. Pingpong may also do. Oh, the fun times!

Maybe your family can try biking or running as it is something you can do together.
