How to tell the difference between hiccups and real movement

Hi, I’m a new mummy and currently in my 29 weeks. I see that we should start counting kicks and hiccups don’t count. But I don’t really know what is the difference between the both. Any advise?#firstbaby

hiccups feel like a ticking clock, repetitive and consistent for a few mins
