same here! week 9 going week 10, every morning till lunch time is good, but at 4-5pm the nauseous feeling will be here. can eat in small portions and i recently tried drinking sparkling water to ease the nauseous feeling after dinner.. see if works for you 😇 some more weeks later we will be better already! 😊
I'm in week 9. Have been throwing up since Week 6. Always nauseous. But kinda felt better after throwing up. Eat small portions throughout the day! For me, i'd remind myself, i'm eating for the baby. He/ She needs it more than I do. So i keep eating even after i keep throwing up. 😅🤣
Same here. I learn to listen to my body and consume what i need, usually I seek what I am craving for! It helps to take small amounts throughout the day. Discovered that I needed to eat every 3h and it does make me feel better. Especially when I’m at work. Take care of yourself :)
You are not alone! I used to enjoy and look forward to eating my meals , but nowadays I lack appetite all day, but I keep reminding myself i have to put food into my mouth for my baby so she or he will be healthy! Im at week 11 going on week 12 💪🏻 Press on!
Yes, I am week 9 going on 10 and I felt nauseous since week 6… for me my mornings can be quite ok but it gets progressively worse as the day passes. Thankfully I have yet to vomit physically too. I totally understand what you’re going through, press on!
