Nipple & Breast Less Sensitive

I’m in 5 weeks now, my breast and nipple not sensitive as before. I’m suffering with breast swollen and sensitive nipple before but now seems disappear out of sudden🥹🥹 Is not normal? I’m just worried 🥹🥹
