I totally understand how you're feeling at 30 weeks, especially when you're on your feet in retail and managing everything alone. The tiredness, mood swings, and physical aches are really common in the third trimester, but combined together they're taking a real toll on you, and that's worth getting checked out. I'd suggest bringing this up with your KKH doctor or PD at your next visit because hospital leave (or MC) is definitely possible if there's a medical reason, and they can advise you on what documentation you need to apply through your employer. In the meantime, see if your manager can give you more sitting breaks or lighter duties if possible, even just for a few weeks until November. You're doing an incredible job managing on your own, but you don't have to push through pain and exhaustion like this when professional support is available to you.

what you can do is tell the doctor about this and maybe just add in that you're in pain sometimes to a point that you can't work. you can ask for hospitalisation leave and the doctor would definitely give you. I'm not sure if they'll give you a long hospitalisation leave but try asking for as much as possible. remember to add in that you're in pain. maybe it's cramps or just lower back pain.

Thank you so much
