Upper Abdominal Cramping & Hard stomach

Hi! Im having very bad cramping above my belly button area and it starts just below the diaphragm. The area is already hard and after i finish eating it will get more cramped up. It also feels like something is protruding sideways just below the last ribcage on my left side. Im currently 19 weeks pregnant and i have 2 fibroids one on each side of the abdomen. Should i be worried? Anyone experienced it before??
