Rashes on Crotch

Im having rashes on my crotch. Any advice on how to treat this rashes? Its painful when contact with water but itchy when it is dry. The doctor had prescribed me with zinc oxide cream and i’ve been using it for 2 days and still having this rashes. I am currently 32 weeks pregnant. #advicepls #firsttimemom #firstbaby
