Hello, im a ftm and my baby is fully breastfed. Im over with confinement hence wanted to go out and take a fresh air. However im unsure how to bring my breastmilk out. If i put in
1) freshly expressed milk @ room temp
2) thawed milk
in a bag, how long can the milk last?
