Progesterone Utrogestan

Ay, congratulations sa baby mo! Okay lang, maraming mamas na nag-try ng Utrogestan and most of us got through it okay, kailangan lang prepared ka sa what to expect. A few of my mum friends said they felt super tired and a bit dizzy after inserting it, especially the first few weeks, so iniwan nila talaga before bedtime para matulog na lang at hindi ma-notice ang side effects. Common things most of us heard: bloating, some spotting (lalo na from the insertion mismo), mood swings or anxiety, tender breasts, and constipation, basically feels like a strong PMS month pero it does settle down. Ang dami ring discharge so bring extra undies na lang, haha, totally normal! Worth asking your OB/specialist kung gaano katagal you'll need to take it and kung may concerns during, pero overall most pregnancies with progesterone support go smooth naman. Rooting for you!
