What exercises are you guys doing?

Hi I’m a first time mummy and at week 5 now. I’m just curious is it ok for us to go jogging/normal pilates classes? #firsttimemom

Many mums continue with light exercise in the first trimester, but every pregnancy is different, so what works for one person may not be ideal for another. I would really suggest checking with your gynae or polyclinic doctor first before continuing jogging or pilates classes, just to be safe. They can advise you based on your specific condition and give you the green light to carry on or recommend something easier~
