Kung employed po kayo, HR nyo po mag paprocess nun. Need nyo lang submit mga requirements such as ultrasound with picture and SSS contri details. Kung self employed po, online lang po.

kung may hulog na po yung sss nyo pwede na po kayo kumuha ng mat1 sa sss. tapos need yo pong i online ..
