Fever

I'm a first time daddy to be. My wife is having a fever. What kind of medication she needs ta take. Sinisipon din siya and having difficulty breathing during the night kasi barado ilong niya. Took more fluid. What else we should do? Thankyou po sa reply. Advance happy new year!
