Hemorrhoids at 33 weeks

I'm experiencing hemorrhoid right now at 33 weeks, does anybody experiencing it too? What are your remedies or any topical treatment? It is sooooo painful.

Yes, asked her already pero wala pang reply. Nakalockdown kasi sa City namin hindi ako makabasta2x makapunta sa clinic niya. 😔
