hello.. im diagnose with gestational diabetes while pregnant at 23weeks.. any advice po how to manage it? thank you

Proper diet mommy, iwas sa sweets. Monitor din po. If hindi super taas ng result manageable sya. Consult your OB and Endocrinologist for proper guidance. :)

yes po.. kso sabi ng Ob kulang pa ako sa weight.. how to diet pa if ganun? hehe.. plus di nman tlga ako mhilig sa sweets.. kya nkkabigla din
