What I realised is when I wake up feeling the slightest inkling of leg cramp, I quickly straighten that leg and flex my toes upwards and it helps! Try it! 🙂
You can try to get a pregnancy pillow and support your legs on the pillow while sleeping. It has helped with my bad cramps and aches and my hip and legs
Wearing normal socks, basically covering my feet properly helped me with my leg cramps.
take more calcium. i only had 2 cramps throughout my 36 weeks.
