Hi. Im at abt 6-7weeks pregnant. Is it normal to sometimes feel “movements” like sudden muscle ache or on off cramps and sometimes dont feel anything at all at this stage of pregnancy?

yes normal. cos uterus is expanding. you probably won’t feel much except occasional cramping until second trimester
