Loss of symptoms?

Im about 7/8w, my symptoms have been gone for about a few days. No cramping or spotting. The lack of symptoms is making me anxious thinking something could be wrong.

no cramp & spotting is a good sign , if u still feeling hungry , breast tender than it is ok nothing to worry..

Symptoms can come and go during pregnancy~
